Tommy and his twin sister Tammy are a pair of gangsters that are notorious across the United States. They primarily rob banks, but they're also involved in bootlegging and smuggling. Their special ability is being able to vanish and reappear whenever they aren't directly observed. For instance, dodging out of sight behind a lamp post and then reappearing out from under someone's hat.
