Still experimenting with my new technique. I wanted to have an excuse to draw a balloon in this one, and I think I did OK, but I probably could have done better. I'll have to come up with a new shading technique, but I have an idea, so that might solve my problems.

Anyway, this is probably my least favorite in my new style, but also the one that seems the least 'forced.' I dunno, the shading seems more, more in-keeping with the style, I guess. I don't know.

I had this cool idea of the balloon from his mouth pressing into his balloon-like belly, and really wanted to try it out, but somehow it just doesn't work, I don't think. Oh well, live and learn.

Anyway,  Calbeck has the balloon hiccups again . . . man he never gets a break does he?
