Hailing from some of the farthest reaches of the realm, the leggy magical scholar (nearly alicorn height) and royalty known as Prince Chimera has visited the lands of Equestria in his journies to learn of all things equine. Tall, handsome and mysterious, he fends off suitors and tries to keep largely to himself.
Because then there's less chance of holes being poked in his story and people figuring out he's Terry gone all isekai and accidentally polymorphed into a pony.
But he's really good at staying in character!
