Yep. Just a cartoon rendition of Boombox Guilmon from back then. It's kind of inspired by the Megaman fanart and The Dr Wily Show that was popular back in the 2000s internet. I was pretty spot-on with this thing. You could tell someone "This guy is from Megaman" and they'd probably believe you.
