This is Sorceress... at least for now I have not come up with another name for her but she does go by the name Sorceress.
In the story I have started to develop for her. The world calls magic users like her witches. She is a Witch and just goes by the name Sorceress for dramatic effect and to be an annoyance.
She is extremely witty and loves to cause trouble. However, when it comes to her people, or witches as it were, she uses her skills to protect them against those who mistreat them. She is a savior to her people, but a nuisance to different cities she visits.

What I've begun to develop is a story where a prestigious guard ends up working with her to protect the kingdom and finds that witches aren't so bad after all.

The tail ornament has a mind of its own! I was thinking of naming them Seeker. It would be her little companion kind of like a witch familiar. It does not talk but she seems to understand it just from the annoyed glares it makes at her. Since it has no sex, I've decided Sorceress addresses Seeker with it or they/them when spoken of.
