Believe it or not I bought this chicken for $2. !!!!! OMFG!

Yes I know JP I still shop at "Fresh and Easy". I Aint gonna change :P Besides I like the people there :)

Anyhow... I bought this chicken on the last day shelf being that the last day is its expiration date is on that day. I checked both chikens and this one seemed very plump. Probably filled with water as they are now a days. But it was also very nice looking.

I brought it home and immediately started cooking it. 2 hours later omg it was good.

Yes I know traditionally Chicken is to be cooked on its back not the front. But I break traditions all the time :)

Dad called about a half hour later when I was making the gravy for the first time. While he was on speaker phone I was drooling over the gravy and I was like OMG this smells so good. Dad laughed and said he would call me in a couple days and to enjoy my dinner. :)

I may be broke but I know how to shop :P
