He's that TV wearing crazy who calls the entertainment district Nizumi his home, R-Cade! When he isn't terrorizing pretend organics in his video games, he's probably listening to breathtaking music
with some deepness to it, if you know what I mean. Even if he's easily scared, R-Cade is ready to party!
R-Cade, the Street Soul version of Red / Runner / Trainhead from Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, at first... That TV is a helmet unlike the cyberhead that Trainhead wears. Out of all my first wave of OCs, I think R-Cade is the most Jet Set Radio of them all. I actually printed out some t-shirts of him back then as well on a special college trip. I really want to make a redesign of him on my Newgrounds if I get the chance. And as for his description I gave him back in 2021, it's safe to say that it's no longer canon. I've thought of other ideas for him, such as him being the cowardly character of the Tagger Team, always nervous about things. Similar to Astro Man, in fact. He'll even have a similar voice for extra comedy!
