Original description: Nota just decided to visit the city that the Tagger Team calls their home (And marvel at all the graffiti). He makes music like Halley Labs, but he isn't a part of their group.

Say, I remember this funny little blue dog guy! Nota does music similar to LapFox Trax / Halley Labs, as mentioned, except it's only him making it and not other characters. Quite a nice fella, if I were to say myself. I really have nothing to say other than the simplistic background genuinely gives me Robotboy and other Y2K cartoons vibes. I should've added clouds to this image though, but my use of gradients was pretty right on here!
