Charlene "Charley" Davidson was the human ally of the (titled) Biker Mice from Mars who owned the Last Chance Garage, located in the torn up ruins of downtown Chicago. She appears in both the original and the 2006 revival series.

When harassed by one of the goons of Top Honcho and businessman, Lawrence Limburger, to give up her lot, the Bike Mice from Mars drop in an help her out. As thanks she helps fix the issues with Throttle's bike and becomes friend. ally and mechanic of the Biker Mice. In their en devour to help deal with her troubles, they find the truth of Limburger – been a Plutakian in disguise – and that their enemies are trying to do to Earth what they did on their home planet of Mars. From the own her alliance with the Biker Mice becomes a joint front against the Plutakians attempts to take over the Earth.

Though sweet, beautiful and confident, she hides an explosive temper at times, specially when the Biker Mice (in particular Vinnie) don't want her to join their crime fighting job as they view it a guys jobs, an she disguises herself as masked biker, showing she is as capable as her alien friends. The truth is really they don't want her to be put in the dangers they know will face when dealing with Limburger and his goons.


Interestingly, Vinnie, the more hothead of the trio, is infatuated with her, but whether he has true feelings or just an act is unknown; however, he easily get jealous when General Stoker (the mentor of the Biker Mice) found her attractive, of when she was infatuated with Sir Lancelot.

Years after their battle with Limburger, sporting new clothes and shorter hair, she reunites with the Biker Mice (in the 2006 series) to fight the Catatonians, who seek General Stoker's Regenerator, a device meant to produce Water for the Populace on Mars and joins them for a new adventure – by the end of the series, Charley chooses to stay on Mars.

Besides Limburger, she seems to hates short skirts, and dislikes Detroit because their football team are a bunch of Cheaters. Her name was a reference to Harley-Davidson. She was voice by Leeza Miller McGee in the 1993 show and Lisa Zane in the 2006 revival.
