Recently, Mz. Curl has had to dispose of her apprentice who has attempted to undermine the weasel witch and use magic against her. Now that this deceiving teenage Tayra has been reduced to a complete diaper dumb-baby without any thought or intellect, Mz. Curl is in need of a new apprentice. Being talented at using magic wands, no one seems more perfect for the position than her neighborhood friend Amber, who is also a friend of her favorite fox, Marshall Foxstone.

In no time at all, Mz. Curl outfits Amber in a cute frilled witch's robe, hat and booties. She gets her own magic wand and her very own little flying broom with a safety enchantment that prevents her from falling off. Amber is keen to learn and Mz. Curl decides to teach her twice as much as she did than her previous apprentice by including all the basics of spellcasting and potion-making.

Amber's really getting the hang of it as she manages to magically diaper a cute plushie and craft a pampering potion, which is used to make bedspreads, garments, plushies and diapers all clean, fluffy and fresh smelling. In a few years time, Amber may become as powerful a witch as Mz. Curl herself. She may even get her own familiar. But for the time being, she'll have to share the giant rat Rattle with her mistress.
