There is a few standalone public urinals in my city, but methods to wash your hands after the act are often limited to a hydro-alcoholic gel dispenser. Since most urinals have a water supply, it should be possible to install a sink and to reuse the washing water for flushing. This is not a new idea, as shown by this sink-toilet combo at the Sanctuary in Arcata, California.
This version aims to be compact and no require additional plumbing between sink and urinal.
