From where I'm standing I can see spring rolling back around, it's rainy it's cool it's a little dim and I'm sick as a dog, but that tree outside my windo is going to bloom soon, those flowers in my garden are already open to the sun, and soon enough more will follow.

I'm going to go a head and take pride in what nature we have left.

Louis Armstrong is the one I always think of when I hear that song. That and the original ending to Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Mmmmmhmm it's such a nice song isn't it? Always puts me in a great mood... even when I'mm not listening to it.

As I understand it, the song very well suited the personality of Louis Armstrong, who, for all the trouble in his life, always remained someone who saw the beauty in life.

He sounds like a cool guy, wish I could have met him.

Everyone said Satchmo was cool -- unlike a lot of jazz musicians who were plain cold. Or hot tempered. Or just assholes.

Just goes to show ya being nice is a good thing! Not that anyone would really contend that... maybe some eighties cartoon villians...
