A new and improved reference page for my big evil shadow witch, Rica. She's a power hungry egomaniac and magic user, and one of the more dangerous antagonists in me and my friends' collective super hero setting. Rica is a super villain, and one of the more dangerous ones in Sterling City. She's armed with a wealth of arcane knowledge and innate shadow magic that allows her to directly affect tangible parts of the world, reaching out and smashing and throwing things around almost effortlessly. She's the leader of a crime group called Penumbra, and has a fair few loyal henchmen to do her bidding as she goes about hoarding magical trinkets and advanced tech to help her plans to take over.

While her power is great, and her henchmen are nothing to scoff at, Rica does have weaknesses...her biggest being her own ego and arrogance... more tangible weaknesses though are the fact that sunlight greatly weakens her powers... and while she can easily catch bullets, cars, arrows, or anything physical, she cannot so easily stop energy attacks... but that's also why she surrounds herself with gun wielding minions, to deal with any threats she can't so easily squash on her own.
