James is shy and introverted. He hates confrontation and even being in control. He’s happy to sit back and let others make decisions. He’s also compassionate and empathetic; the thing that makes him happiest is making others happy.

As a teenager, James wasn’t really sure about his sexuality. Straight? Gay? Both, neither, something in between? A friend of his was convinced he was asexual, but deep down, he knew for sure that wasn’t true. In college, he experimented a bit, including going out with some guys. That’s where he discovered he’s definitely bi, though he has a preference towards women. Secretly, he kind of has a thing for trans women, but he tries not to be weird about it, especially when it comes to his sister Adrianna. Ultimately, he’s truly in love with Clarissa. They’re perfect for one another.

James works as a software engineer at the same company as Clarissa. He’s friends with the IT manager Craig, a 26-year-old rabbit who’s similar to James personality-wise. Other than that, James mostly keeps to himself. In fact, it was Clarissa who finally asked him out, tired of waiting for him to do it when there was obvious chemistry.
