Given that Trandoshans do generally go around barefoot they certainly would leave themselves open to tickling and there are certainly some like Bossk who would be deserving of a thoroughly merciless tickling.
Though in the case of poor Frisk, I wonder whether he'd gotten himself captured by the Empire and is being subjected to unconventional interrogation methods or perhaps his smuggling past has caught up with him. Though from how he's flushed a darker shade of pink than the usual on his soles and armpits, looks like he's a particularly ticklish Trandoshan.

Took a bit to write this, but fantastic job you did on this! Itching powder is really underrated, especially when it goes so well with tickling. Can make the soles all the more sensitive, as well as make the ticklish torture feel inadvertently pleasurable, too, hehe.
And Trandoshans are even more underrated, especially when it comes to art of the foot kind, so really happy you did this guy! Came out just great and I absolutely love it and how Frisk looks! Can't wait to see what more Trandoshan stuff is "coming" up, hehe! ^w^
