Looks almost sharklike to me, for some reason.
He's cute, with a pretty simple design. There isn't alot in the way of emotion or expression in his face or posture that I can see, though. I guess you could say he's pretty stiff.
Maybe elaborate on his face or eyes more to add a bit of liveliness to him. Just my two cents.
