Bolzen the running storm

Bolzen, the fastest being know to mortals, at first many thought he was a messenger for the death, for when he ran pass a village or city a massive storm would follow and destroy everything in its path.

no one really knows why he runs but they do know that death follows him. the people try everything to block him. but he moves so fast that he burns holes in any wall and can easily run over water.
