The most common representative of the Chaos Kin is the Chaos Imp.

In contrast to the Daemon Imps, these creatures have plenty of consciously directed, malicious intent behind their actions. They will mame and consume creatures that are preferably both sentient and sapient. If given the chance, Chaos Imps will aim to deliver as much pain and emotional stress as possible before killing them. Both in the Nether Realm and in the Mortal Realm (if one or more manage to end up there) their primary targets...are children.

If a Chaos Imp manages to accumulate enough energy and biomass it is highly likely to undergo a metamorphosis into something bigger, stronger... and much more despicable.

Most Chaos Imps are red in color, though there can be blue, purple, and black individuals as well. Each color variant can become a different kind of higher Chaos Kin.
