This drawing is a reference to a D23 announcement about a future Zootopia 3D attraction replacing "It's Tough to Be a Bug" at Animal Kingdom in Walt Disney World.

To be honest, although the attraction scared me as a child (despite being a "Bug's Life" fan), I really don't see how Zootopia would fit in at the Tree of Life theater since the walkway was originally & literally made to make you feel like you're shrinking to the size of an insect as you head into the theater.
