Original description: The leader of a corrupt music record that rules over a crumbling city like a toxic disease, the thing known as Necrobutcher is a monster whose name is as good as a curse to those living in the Halley Labs world. She delusionally believes that Halley Labs are taking her company's spotlight, making them her ultimate prey. Though her origins are disputed, with at least one rumour stating that she was an infection sent to possess a robotic "Rubric" suit that would have eliminated mental illness forever,
there is no doubt that her existence is a danger to all.
She wishes not to kill, but worse. Force an eternity of misery and suffering on all who reject her electronic dance music and bring brutal, unending dictatorship to as much people as possible,
with no chance of death or release. She has been known to take many forms due to being a digitized being, one such form being jetbike with a gauss gun and a "Wonderbar" for launching out secondary
weapons such as Gravgons or the feared TitanSun Missile. Each time the brave souls of Halley Labs have encountered her they have only met horrific death and agony, including being sliced to pieces,
melted, fused together and far, far worse...
Necrobutcher and her other music artists are the ones behind the hellish time and reality anomalies happening within the Halley Labs world. Her real name is known only to those who live in her
fearful city, but many have a question more important than her name. And that is when will she discover the world in which Ziyo and his gang, the Tagger Team live. And if so, what chance do simple
children have against such a fearsome, bizarre entity?
Ok, now THIS was some creative writing! I remember thinking this could be an actual story for Street Soul back then, with the Tagger Team dealing with a threat that would've made the usual stuff such as the police and rival gangs look harmless. Especially seeing how this threat would've used Forsaken 64 weaponry like the Titan Missiles and Gravgons. Of course, I ended up scrapping it, but it's still cool to see what could've been. Especially with it explaining why Rotteen will be a secret playable character in Street Soul. And much like the Kitsune2 inflation image, my plan here was to use gradients as well. My main stylistic inspiration here was of course Warhammer 40k, a former hobby of mine that turned against the fans in pursuit of a fake audience with their "Primaris" garbage. RIP Warhammer. You will not be missed!
Aside from that, I've did a REALLY good job on this one, since actual detailed art, especially the more realistic stuff, is something I am NOT good at. I actually reckon that I could do a whole lot better with this type of art if I got the chance today. And with 'Necrobutcher' being a leader of an evil EDM music record that rules over a failing city, that actually reminds me of another video game villain who may or may not be the same character... Hmm?
