He is a mostly azure eastern dragon, he is known as the Shihan Emperor (temple name) and He Kunru (personal name). And he is the Emperor of the series' equivalent of China. The series is set is a Fantasy Counterpart Culture of East Asia during the early through mid-2nd millennium but with anthropomorphic animals (both real and mythical). He, alongside the other eastern dragons in the series, has 4 fingers on each hand, while they have 3 toes on the front of their feet and 1 on the back.
