Uhhhh, I don't even know.
Layton and Luke found some sea salt ice cream somewhere.
I had this idea in the shower and I ran with it. I really have no explanation, really. xD
I'm gonna count it as 100 themes #27: Foreign though.
Sea salt ice cream exists in real life, but never as a blue ice pop -- that's a Kingdom Hearts thing, for sure. Real sea salt ice cream is white and opaque. And I miss it.
The text and title are also the name of a Japanese group who do a cover of Bella Notte.
...idk what I am thinking today.

Tetsuya Nomura did not invent sea salt ice cream so he gets no recognition here.

LOL My one friend tried it and almost puked -- it's more salty than I think anyone expects it to be, but the aftertaste of it is so damn good. It's like when you go to McDonald's, and you buy an ice cream, and a small fries, and you dip the fries in the ice cream.
...if you do that, then you know what I mean xD

It's essentially vanilla ice cream + salt. xD The first time I encountered it was at Tokyo Disney Sea, and I thought it was just there for the lulz, since it's Tokyo Disney SEA. But then I started finding it in convenience and grocery stores, too... x3
I buy it any time I can, now. Now it just reminds me of being happy in TDS xD
But yes, it makes one think of an ice cream cone dipped in nasty seawater. Yes.

xD It's good! My one friend didn't like it though. xD
If you go to McDonald's, you can make something that tastes almost exactly like it.
Buy a plain sundae [no chocolate or strawberry], and mix one McDonald's size salt packet into it [mix it REALLY well so no salty patches sneak up on you]
That's almost exactly how the real stuff tastes. :3
