well, they're not really specifically made for that.
but it could happen according to the nsfw comics, but honestly, those comics doesn't make any sense or aren't part of any canon.
they're just the same size of any xeno their type or species they're based on.

So she is rather small? She may be some kind of dancer? May she be trained to some space or scuba activity?

well, technically basic things, she for sure might know how to dance and entertain. but other more complex activity she could learn probably... also, I guess they can be basically be born trained to perform good in something the client request

So formally they born with all prepared basic knowledge and adult mentally or have some period of childhood? Or they 'born' by mechanical facility or may be in reproduction in normal biological way?
As good servants they must have some inner interest and motivation to improve their knowledge in some branch... How far they may privide their self education? May they have some high IQ for activity in scientific branch or specially dumbed to be "just a bit more than some furniture"? How long they can live?

they're usually born fully developed, their personality also set from start and their basic knowledge.
the difference of the sigma xenos vs the other types of xenos is that the sigmas can basically sense other's needs and they desire to serve, they're the most friendly types ever made... they mostly have enough knowledge to be useful at home and serve.
but they don't generally have scientific knowledge or specific technical knowlodge, because there are other xenos, not available for general public that were made for that.
the xeno types are many, and they're limited in a way, not very much independent as humans always need ways to control (they're also in the canon not-interested in reproduction as they're created with diminshed hormonal secretion and some glands almost inexistant-- and they're mostly clones of one another with limited dna variation... you can only get xenos using a Consortium bioreactor)
anyway, I got some more stuff written about the general xenos, but it's in spanish and not available online (most of it),
in general, the details exist only when a story I'm making needs it, also, some of these stuff changes depending on the comic setting... which represent different stages of the comic timeline

And some the last thing - can they have some free time, for example to go to some vocation, out of interest of their masters - like they have some stroll in safe park or some cinema, cafe? Really are they masters need their presence at all time? Can their masters interested how they eat or sleep in some box? Really what the main advantage of such pets in compare to traditional not-anthro? Really if I can to upgrade my cat's brain to be able to push regularly some buttons and able to understand, what she/he and me need, finally she still not need an anthro form for this.
