Just finished this for next summer, made of aluminum 14g x 5/16" (AR4).
It should act as a heat sink to keep me from overheating
I wore it a couple times and it seems to work, a little. The overall entropy seems to regulate the temperature to whatever is lower, my body or the ambient air temp.

Okay good. When it comes to camping gear, its always *deeply* recommended to never buy the aluminum cooking gear. I'd also suggest washing your hands before touching your eyes or eating. Just the occasional touching aluminum isn't a big deal, but because you have ample chances to constantly touch the shirt with your hands throughout the day better safe than sorry.
