This weapon is for a future OC of  poke5869

This saber, with the speed of a Liepard and the power of Ho-oh, can bypass any enemy defenses easily as it hits with fierce swift combos. As it is a pamp weapon, anyone struck by the saber is turned into a massive plump poofy pamp for the user to wear. It is also capable of firing high speed feather projectiles that can cause anyone to load their diapers massively when hit by them. Lastly it is able to enter into a powered up state which make the user move even faster with higher agility and awareness of their surroundings.
