This is Chester, An old Oc with updated clothes and a specialized mask.
He's an experimental alien based on the Stitch series and his unique power is poisonous gas like a typical skunk only deadly and can cause metal to start rusting or melting depending on how long its exposed to the material. Chester is a good experiment and doesn't attack unless provoked into it. Typically using his claws but Otherwise the gas-spray is a final resort.
