In this picture, Apricot is not quite full from his latest meal and his stomach is growling for more. Apricot likes to talk to his own belly like it has a mind of its own, especially when his husband, Kontyr (seen here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/41474137/ ) isn't around. When Kontyr is around, he'll most likely be talking to Kontyr's belly instead, and Kontyr would likely be talking to Apricot's belly. The two large demons love each other immensely.
