the dude on the left..is Hagger i've seen him in Marvel vs capcom 3....but he was in another game before that..which i have no clue what it is.....so far...he like to hit peps with a long pipe! lol...the small dude..is from street fighter...Zagiaf....i think hes a russin wrestler..or something...i hate that dude...cause they grabe constenly with him...which gets pretty annoying!!....very annoying...he sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you, but I'm referring to where that facial expression came from- There's this one guy who I've never seen a name for, and the most recent recollection I have is of him cosplaying the medic from TF2 while wearing that funny looking berserk expression. That's Mike Haggar. He's the main hero of Final Fight, which in my opinion is much better than Street Fighter. Final Fight is also where Guy and Cody come from:

There's another guy who looks like him though, and there was an image where they said 'guess who' and stated 'hint; not Mike Haggar' or something like that. The most recent reference to the guy I'm thinking of(to my knowledge) was him cosplaying the medic from TF2.

Yeah and Haggar has a gentler looking face, and isn't as freakish as Zangief, nor is his mustache that bushy. I thought it was just a humorous exaggeration of Mike Haggar but if you want to go for accuracy Haggar's face is actually much easier on the eyes and looks far more like a gentleman, but at the same time can look fiersome when he has to.

Yeah that's totally not Mike Haggar.. lol. Haggar is clean shaven, and while he can look scary when mad he's never THAT scary. Zangief on the other hand always has a freakish expression on his face, he's a freak.
