Finished mystery egg for PeskyPooch on Discord~! I didn't have any immediate ideas for scorpio's egg but when they said that they wanted a Neighpon lord, I couldn't wait to draw him. This character came out to be such a brat without my even trying, and the pretty boy look suits him well. Overall I couldn't be more proud of him, and I love drawing Neighpon characters.
