The other donkeys in this comic relate the 'False Memories Principle' in that since Vannessa is becoming a donkey physically and mentally, she is recalling memories of her being a donkey as they supersede her human memories.
Do note that due to these being False Memories, none of the below events actually happened, but Vannessa as a donkey believes they did.
In this comic, Vannessa is recalling she had a mate which is present on 'Page 10' which would eventually result in the birth of her foal as shown on 'Page 14'.
In her False Memories, these events occurred prior to her being transferred to the Petting Zoo at the New Zoo.
This is why she lashes out once her transformation is complete as shown in Pages 15, 16 & 17.

Doubt that'll happen. I don't know when the finale will happen but I doubt the story ends with everyone turning back as there is still some that wish to remain where they are and if I have to guess more will join at some points in the future. Just an assumption though. I'm like 99% sure that that's not the ending.
