LOL I came from Winnipeg, where the number of Furry Cons was exactly zero. We did have fours Cons of other sorts: two anime Cons, one SF Con and a big Comic Con similar to the one that happens in San Diego (though not quite as big- maybe half to two-thirds of the size). I'm all perky at the thought that I can hit three different conventions within driving distance. Though I wanna add San Diego's Comic Con to the list.
