Invader Rabu was part of the Armada Army regiment during a military invasion of a hostile planet, Rabu was known to be a small and chubby but yet he was very good with heavy weaponry because he was physically stronger then most irkens, but he was clumsy at times.

During the last days of the invasion Rabu was put in guard in important Armada ship, because he was bored he took some soda cans to shoot them as a way to kill time, one time he forgot to put the safety of his heavy gun and misfires into the ships generator while is been repair by bots, this cause the ship to lose control and the gravitational force of the planet pulled in crashing it, his Commander was furious at him for doing such a clumsy yet destructive action that got him court martial, despite of that Rabu just got de-promoted to janitorial duty cleaning Irk.

During that time he met a also misfortunated irken girl named Mazz and they quickly became friends, Rabu and Mazz work together on making any place spotless and clean for the time being, but it was pretty much short live through the heavy pollution of Irk.

One where they were going on their duties Mazz saw a tall irken girl named Elya, princess of Irk that was escaping from her captives, seen that helping her might be the end of their fractured loyalty to the Irken Empire and their reputation been ruined they just help her escape and got out of Irk for good to new lives together.

They escape the planet successfully and without making too much comotion, but the ship have low energy after a while and they crash landed on a trash planet, both Rabu and Mazz manage to escape but Elya was trapped inside, lucky for them a group of Irken Outcasts of the name of Xam, Nya and Zeg saw the ship and went to inspect the wreckage, Zeg manage to make a breach of the ship via use of explosive and he was the first to see the survivor, only to declare that there was no one and left for outcast ship with a angry look, Xam and Nya head the screams of help and anger and rescue Elya from the inside of the ship.

Rabu told his story to the outcasts and well he decided to stay specially after he heard Mazz was staying with them too, Rabu and Mazz became even closer. After the "growth" suppressor was remove from both Rabu and Mazz, Mazz became more attractive to Rabu and Rabu grew even larger becoming the second largest irken only behind Elya who is a tallest and his body became more fit he wasn't chubby anymore, despite that he was the still the same donut enthusiast Rabu.

And thus Rabu became part of the Irken Rebels.

EXPLANATION: The ship that the Irken Commander refers too is a the rescue ship that save them from the wreckage.
