Flag of PIP (Pacific Isles Protectorat) 2012-2017

After the ww2 Japan was under the controll of USA but in 1996 with emerge of Xenosapians on it's soil, Japan started to shift it's policy against confrontation and against allying with any military bloc. Japan soon forced US to leave its bases there, Xenosapien leader Oryon Oriliy the father of Ortin Oriliy, made Japan into an advance millitary power, most interesting part of which was the fact that the fleet used emp and electronic warfare weaponry rather than rockets and bombs. The ban of wale hunting and creation of crafted islands with anti tsunami sonic towers, lead to creation of PIP, Japan as HQ island of the organisation took role on helping the other Island states with modernisation and protecting the Pacific sea from newly formed USNA aggressive expansion of oil bases and military ships in there.

After the beginning of International War, Japan hessitaded on helping the SOC, Xenosapiens didn't like the over all autoritarian and homophobic soviet state, but as USNA was keep winning, it was clear the the SOC union collapse will leave PJP surrounded but aggressive imperialist nationalist, so PIP stood up and lead it pacific fleet against USNA oil bases in sea as well as sending ships with aid and battleships through suez canal. Even tho not many Xenosapiens participated in actual combat, Alan's father Aiden Lainus, was commander of the fleet send to the europe.

After the war was over, PIP continued to build their sonic towers in more islands that experienced tsunami problems, PIP very actively participated in UN peace missions, but it was clear to Xenos, especialy the young Aizik Luner, that PIP should't just help in pacific ocean, that the planet Earth it's self is needed protection. Later with understanding that UN is more of a debate show rather then solving problems, PIP was reformed into Gayglorial Union, with intention on denationalazing peacekeeping and forcing global understanding of humaity path to future.
