(Re)Introducing: Sebastian, The LOREMASTER

Sebastian is back, and now with a nice new design! This is only one of his costumes, and takes alot of heavy inspiration, weirdly enough, from some Transformers Cybertron Soundwave fanart (if you can believe it). Don't worry, he hasn't changed too much, in fact this is actually missing some design elements, namely the gradients and the one highlight in the hair. Otherwise, he has all the same abilities, he's just gotten a lil' drip upgrade. There's also, y'know, new lore, but that's unimportant.
