I do like the ideas of speculative ideas of Pokemon species that exist in the forgotten past and the questionable future and the results were...ok, for the past paradox, the future paradox however...sucks. They're basically just robotic versions of the already existing Pokemon. Okay, maybe there are a few exceptions like Iron Valiant and Miraidon aka Iron Serpent...and why put 'iron' in all their names? We get it, they're mad of metal, and there is no need to keep repeating it.
Overall, Future Paradox lacks any imagination, has bland names, all seem to be man-made, and just lazy effort in general.
So here are my ideas of what future paradoxes would be as pure, speculative species of already existing Pokemon.
Future Weezing aka Floral Aroma (Grass/Fairy) -- Galarian Weezing can suck up polluted air and release clean air into the atmosphere. So over time, they become more in tune with the natural flora and slowly adapt to become grass/fairy type, not only do they expel clean air, but can also spread pollen like other pollinators.
Future Torterra aka Coastal Tides (Water/Rock) -- A small herd of Torterra exists on an island near the mainland but the island itself is slowly shrinking, which results in some of the Pokemon leaving or perishing. The Torterra were in trouble, so in extreme environmental pressure, they adapted to become to be water types and not long after, a duel water/rock type not only for swimming but for better protection from predators.
Future Caterpie aka Deadly Whisker (Poison/Bug type) -- Tired of being at the bottom of the food chain, they slowly consume poisonous plants in tiny amounts but as their bodies become more resistant to the poison, they consume more until they adopt a poison type along with the current bug type. No predators were able to get close to them. The caterpie were so successful that some research says they lost the ability to evolve and become more confident around people, later becoming a dangerous invasive species.
Future Jigglypuff aka Vocal Idol (Fairy/Psychic Type) -- Jigglypuff have adapted their voices to prevent anyone from sleeping. For unknown reasons that are still being studied, this Pokemon adopted a more humanoid appearance for better appeal from the audiences. They even gain psychic abilities like telepathy (and later become a psychic type) so they can speak in humans. But there were cases where they could actually speak in the human tongue without the need for telepathy, but those remain a theory.
This is what future paradoxes should be. I don't mind if they add robotic versions but we have some natural speculative ideas too.
