Full name: Luchus

History & Lore: A rarely-seen and very uncommon green Pikachu born into a world populated by only Pokémon, Luchus's birth was affected by the playful intervention of a Celebi, which caused the young Mouse Pokémon to evolve into a Pikachu as soon as he hatched and to develop light indigo rings around his ears and tail, as well as yellow Meowth-like whiskers on his cheeks and a psychic stone on his forehead.
Shunned and bullied as a result of this strange evolution and his unusual features, Luchus discovered that he also had unique powers unlike any other Pikachu, which only caused him to be further feared and rejected by others. However, after being found and cared for by a loving Mr. Mime and their gentle Heliolisk husband, the young Pokémon developed a tender nature over the years and chose to use those powers to help other Pokémon embrace their desires and find happiness. Living on his own, deep within the Mystifying Forest, this Pokémon is often cheery and happy to adventure and help others in the world of Pokémon.
Powers & Abilities: As a result of the Celebi's playful intervention, Luchus is capable of utilizing certain Psychic-type moves that no other Pikachu has access to (thanks to the stone on his forehead), such as Teleport, Hypnosis and the ever-prevalent Psychic, on top of his natural Pikachu moves like Thunderbolt and Iron Tail. Alongside this, Luchus' movepool is not limited to only four moves at a time, something only found among Legendaries and powerful Pokémon.
His Lightning Rod ability allows him to "recharge" himself from natural lightning bolts or other Pokémon's Electric attacks if ever in a weakened state. His paws, when growing damp and musky, are also able to act as a sort of aphrodisiac, lowering a target's defenses and making them more susceptible to his hypnotic powers. Finally, as another consequence of receiving Celebi's blessing, Luchus appears to be unable to age, similarly to the mythical Time Travel Pokémon, and appears incapable of evolving into a Raichu.
And here he is, another one of my OCs. This time, a Pokémon AND an adopt! And my very first art that is completely wholesome and not kinky in any way! Whoooooow!
Always been a big fan of green Pikachu, ever since I saw that one Pikachu alt skin in Smash Bros., so when I saw this guy, I knew I had to get him! Especially after seeing those light indigo rings and the purple eyes he had! Shout-out to the person who designed him, StarShiney-Chan on DeviantArt (using a base from MichiFishu), for doing such a splendid job with him! If you like him, make sure to give their page a look-see, since they do cute adopts like this one quite often and you might be able to come across something you'd like, UwU!
I think, for the moment, that this guy's gonna be one of my main OCs I use for Pokémon-related commissions. Naturally, had to incorporate paws into his character and abilities, somehow, lol, but hopefully those and the slightly more... suggestive description don't bump the ratings on this one (no idea if they do, since the pic itself is completely SFW, and I don't really go explicit here, so all should be fine). Bottom line, expect to see more stuff involving this guy and his feet in the future.
