She's repeating the "Hymn to the Bees" that she remembered Scooter using in his comic strip "Pepe the Fire Ant." She figured that if Scooter was right about bees (which are individually non-sapient in this universe) being able to join together to become a sapient organism, he was probably right about them enjoying respectful flattery, too.
