Milky is able to shape, form and mold liquid latex into any form she sees fit, including clothing, which she can force upon others, including gimp suits, bondage gear and uniforms, depending on her choice.

Milky can also change her physical appearance at will, and also fit into small gaps and holes. Her form also allows her to physically take control of another person like a symbiote.
