Backstory
Hijiri was born to a human noblewoman named Eimi of the Otsukimi Clan and her King Goryuu the Demon King. Angered by her fraternization with a demon, Eimi's own brother, Kaiyō Otsukimi, pierced her with a sword on the very night of the lunar eclipse for Hijiri birth. Eimi had just enough strength to give birth to Hijiri before succumbing to her mortal wounds, though she was soon saved by Raijinma who healed her wound by using the Healing Scroll. Meanwhile King Goryuu was battling the Dragon God named Gōjun. Suffering mortal wounds from the climactic battle with Gōjun, King Goryuu had just enough time to name his newborn daughter Hijiri and say goodbye to his infant daughter and Eimi before encouraging them to run away. He perished that night, using the last of his strength to kill Kaiyo from pursuing them, leaving Hijiri to be raised by her mortal mother.
When she was young, Hijiri's childhood was very lonely, save for her interaction with her mother. Due to her size save as a kid everyone in the village was afraid to go near her. Being a half human and half Oni, Hijiri wasn't accepted neither by humans nor Oni. She would always be called "half-breed" by other kids. Ostracized by all humans except for her mother. Suddenly tragedy struck when Eimi came down with illness as many of the local villagers went through fannin. Eimi will soon pass away from this illness leaving Hijiri as an Orphan. She was left with her mother's robe which was given to her by father. Unable to fight back as a child, Hijiri was often forced into hiding whenever she encountered hostile Oni. Such situations left her frustrated at being powerless to defend herself, until one day she meets Raijinma.
Training With Raijinma
Hijiri, now an orphan, was forced to leave the village and begin wandering the land in search of food and shelter. With resources scarce due to the ongoing war, anyone she met wouldn't help her or sometimes they would attack her out of fear. As most humans will see her as a monster. Hijiri, who had collapsed from hunger, was found by two other orphan kids Rei and Kyo, orphans like herself. They banded together, acquired food to survive through any means, and shared dreams of a future where they were in charge and could use their power to eliminate war. Kyo was particularly passionate about this point, which inspired Hijiri to adopt the same goal. In order to accomplish this, the three would need to become stronger. With few options to choose from, they approached three strangers and asked them for food. One of the strangers named Kagato offered to kill them in order to end their suffering, but Raijinma (disguised as a human) felt guilty about seeing orphans' kids over her participation in the war. Raijinma offered to watch over them and teach them how to defend themselves until they're older.
Raijinma was aware that Hijiri was her niece. Soon after she found a place for them to live and taught them how to fish, but she would not teach them her fighting style. While Hijiri and her friends were out fishing one day, they were attacked by Dokuga. Fearing for her friends' lives, Hijiri's demonic power awakens and kills the Oni. When Raijinma arrived on the scene to help them, she noticed Hijiri was able to control fire. Because of this, Raijinma changed her mind and began training her by teaching her how to control power. Hijiri was remorseful for killing an Oni, but Raijinma convinced her that sometimes violence and personal pain was necessary to protect others. In time Raijinma even shared her story about her other niece Nijia in hopes that Hijiri would one day seek her out.
Raijinma trained the orphans for four years. Because of her demonic bloodline, Hijiri easily mastered everything she was taught. Once they were able to defeat one of Raijinma shadow techniques in a fight, Hijiri decided they were ready to forge out on their own and Raijinma returned to Yami Village, confident they would bring reform to the land.
Hijiri Learn the Truth
As years passed Hijiri developed a hostile and defensive personality, becoming especially reclusive on the night of the red moon, during which she lost control of her demonic powers as she went on a rampage. Hijiri always sleeps during the new red moon to prevent herself from rampaging. Hijiri woke to an unknown voice and saw a forest, which appeared to have been ravaged by a giant tornado. However, Hijiri had no doubt that she was responsible for the destruction. Upon returning to Chūgoku Region, Hijiri was plagued by recurring nightmares. Hijiri could feel the influence of her demonic bloodline growing stronger.
Hijiri set out on a journey to find the truth about her family bloodline. Over the past 10 years Hijiri finally met Nijia for the first time. Unknown to both Nijia and Hijiri they had no clue they both are related until Raijinma appeared to both sisters and finally told the truth to Hijiri that Nijia is her half-sister. But before the sisters get to know each other Hijiri how to complete her training with her uncle and aunt. As the years went by, Hijiri devotes herself to studying her aunt and uncle's fighting skills. Hijiri began her training under her uncles. Her first training was Windra the Wind Oni, she needed to learn who to control the wind, she traveled to the Wind Temple to learn from Windra. While there, Hijiri has a good relationship with her uncle, as he guides her one step at a time, how to control the wind element. Once she learns the elements, she begins to train with her uncle Landara. Hijiri traveled to the Earth Temple to learn Earth Element whom she developed a great relationship Landara. During one of their training sessions, they raced each other atop slabs of earth to the top of a hill. Although Landara was in the lead most of the time, Hijiri managed to best him to the top with time to spare to prepare tea for both of them, much to Landara surprise.
Appearance
Hijiri is 120ft tall, a curvy woman with green eyes and short red hair that she usually wears in a ponytail. She often wears a loose blue kimono with the top slightly open, and sometimes she has a cloth wrap underneath it. Her body is well developed and muscular naturally, her hips are wide, her thighs and backside are somewhat thicc and her heaving breast would be the same size as her mother if she wasn’t a giant.
Personality
Hijiri is a very determined young woman who sets her mind to doing something and a very capable fighter for her age, being able to hold off most Oni stand in her way. However, she is easily distracted and many times during her journey, she is touched or groped by Rei and other people. She also is hot-headed, rash and temperamental but she is incredibly loyal and kind-hearted. However, she is prone to becoming enticed with buxom women as a result of time spent with her mother.
Power And Abilities
Hijiri was trained from a very young age. As a skilled swordsman, she relies largely on the Wind Slice technique as her main offense, usually avoiding her enemies' attacks until she finds the right opening to use it and end the fight quickly. Even while wielding only a knife, she was able to defeat any powerful Oni.
SuperhumannStrength
Hijiri has been shown to have enough strength to cut clean through tree branches with little effort and slice clean through logs—a task that not only requires excellent physical strength, but general physical fitness. Hijiri primary superhuman power is her great physical strength. Hijiri was also able to overpower her sister Nijia on her own, who is powerful enough to rival her.
Superhuman Durability
Hijiri has been shown to have remarkable physical durability, having been formidable enough to survive a high fall into a river after having been shot by a powerful Oni named Raijin, who then went on to remark on how such a thing would never kill her.
Superhuman Stamina
Hijiri has been shown to have endurance for harsh treatment in many forms. She has been able to go four days straight without consuming any food while traveling on foot the entire time for three of those days before passing out.
Superhuman Agility
Hijiri has remarkably great agility in combat. She was agile enough that she was able to keep up with the speed of a giant octopus while underwater. This is an important aspect of her fighting style, as she usually evades or block her enemies' attacks until she finds the right opening to end her fights quickly using the Wind Slice technique.
Immense Demonic Power
Despite being an Oni, Hijiri is a powerful demon in her own right. Being the daughter of the powerful Demon King, Hijiri stands amongst the most powerful demons across Japan and boasts an immense amount of demonic power. Throughout her life, Hijiri grew in strength, allowing her to master powerful techniques such as the Hi no ken (火の拳). She even had been able to defeat powerful Dragon God Gōjun (whom not even his father could defeat), Gamagaeru a powerful Toad demon. Furthermore, Hijiri's demonic power and her human resolve seemed to be closely related.
Claw
Hijiri has sharp, blade-like claws, and she can use them to easily slice any ordinary foes to ribbons. Normally, she uses these claws in one of her attacks called Ravage Claw. Her claws are strong enough to break steel walls and destroy numerous roof tiles.
Bāningukurō (バーニングクロー, Burning Claw)
Hijiri has claw-like fingernails and can injure — or even kill — an entire group of thieves using her claws. She can also scratch with her claws and release a fireball at the same time to burn her enemies alive. Though she normally applies it through her claw strikes, she can also spray fire from her claws or transfer it into her fist. Her fire is strong enough to melt metal or bone; a mere human will burn in an instant.
Lightning Whip (雷の鞭, Kaminari no muchi)
Hijiri can generate a thin lightning whip-like strand of yellow energy from her fingertips in order to aid her. It has shown to be able to puncture armor and flesh with ease and can burn flesh upon contact, similar to Burning Claw. She even dissipated a powerful small cyclone of lightning energy with the whip and forced a fish demon named Konan to defend herself. She appears to be capable of manifesting this energy without its destructive properties, allowing her to use it to catch falling allies or yank someone out of danger without damaging them.
Accelerated Healing
During her battle with Konan, Hijiri demonstrated the ability to rapidly heal the burns and gashes on her right arm, as well as several large holes stabbed right through her body. This ability seems not to be a passive bodily function however, as she evidently needed to focus her energies in order to heal herself.
Experienced Combatant
Due to being born as an Oni in a time of great strife between humans and demons, Hijiri was very experienced in unarmed combat. However, unlike the technical skills displayed by Nijia, Hijiri generally relied more on brute force than any type of martial arts. Her conventional combat strategy was centered around attacking her opponents quickly and beating them into submission, leaving him at a disadvantage when faced with more sophisticated combatants.
Master Swordsmanship
After obtaining Ikazuchinotsurugi (雷の剣) as her signature weapon, Hijiri used it as her main weapon of combat. Since Hijiri had never used a sword before, and because she often relied solely on Ikazuchinotsurugi demonic powers, skilled swordsmen normally pointed out how reckless she was when fighting them, using her lack of experience to their benefit. Nijia remarked early on that the Ikazuchinotsurugi was no different than a wooden club in Hijiri hands. However, as she continued to face great challenges from skilled opponents, Hijiri developed her swordsmanship with Ikazuchinotsurugi to the point of being able to contend against Nijia in battle, though she still remained inferior in overall skill.
Master Tactician
Due to her keen instincts and great power, Hijiri is experienced in analyzing any given situation, finding the best route towards her success. With an intuitive mind for warfare, Hijiri had proven on multiple occasions to be an expert in battle strategy and was a highly cunning warrior; leveraging both her natural wits and raw strength to overpower her foes.
Demonic Blood
Hijiri can unwillingly change into a full-fledged demon. While undoubtedly more powerful in this form, her demon blood overwhelms her into a whirlwind of rage whose sole purpose is destruction. In this form, Hijiri physical strength was more than doubled, which was more than enough to eviscerate Gōjun and Konan with a single swipe of her claws and shove Fukushu massive body into a cliffside with one arm. Her regeneration was also bolstered, allowing her to immediately recover from life-threatening injuries and poisons received prior to transforming.
As a Oni, Hijiri was incapable of feeling pain, fear, compassion, or mercy; she only feels rage and hedonistic bloodlust, which, coupled with her newfound predatory instinct, lack of intelligence, and inability to discriminate between friend and foe, drove her to attack and kill anyone in her vicinity. With every subsequent overload, this form's intelligence diminished, and it became easier to trigger and harder for her to recover from. If left unchecked, Hijiri would continue to fight and kill until her body either gave out or was killed by an opponent.
Element Skill
Water Element 💧
Being a half human and half Oni Hijiri has the abilities to control 5 elements. Hijiri was part of the Otsukimi Clan who has the able to control water. On her father side of the family King Goryuu and his families has the able to control elements. For a young age Hijiri, has the lack of skill to control water. After many years developing her skills while training under Master Kai. Another member of the Otsukimi Clan. Kai became Hijiri teacher for a year. When Hijiri left the Chūgoku Region of her training, Hijiri showed prodigious skill in controlling water element being able to create a huge wave on her first try. Although she had great skill with water element, it was one of her least used elements in battle, instead favoring other readily available elements such as earth or fire. She controls over the element was monumental, capable of creating massive tidal waves, albeit with the help of the Moon God Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto.
Fire Element 🔥
Hijiri showed no extraordinary skill in fire element. In her teen years, however, her ability began to develop significantly under her aunt Raijinma tutelage after she kill an Oni once her element awakens. She became able to fight on par with much more experienced fire skill, showing herself to be a late bloomer. Having continuously refined her skills, she has reached the point of becoming stronger, but despite her skill and fast development as a fire skill, she has noted on more than one occasion that she is not as skilled or as powerful as her older sister, Nijia and her uncle Pyranga.
Wind Element 💨
Hijiri had to learn Wind Element. She visits her uncle Windra at the Air Temple, where she quickly befriended her uncle. Enjoying the nature of wind, she would often mess around, creating new wind moves like gyro ball. Hijiri was skilled in the art of Wind Element. She used it in many different cases when necessary, including protection from the toxic gases from the volcano or to cool lava with her breath.
Lightning Element ⚡
Hijiri possessed the ability to generate lightning. This technique required perfect calmness of mind, but unlike her aunt Raijinma and her sister Nijia, Hijiri derived this from inner peace instead of amorality. Like her sister, she could easily perform it quickly and even during intense battle. Hijiri prowess for fire skill also extended to creating her own original techniques. One of the techniques she invented was the absorption and redirection of lightning. Hijiri invented this by observing the fluidity of chi moves and their ability to effectively redirect chi. She used this move on multiple occasions, to redirect natural as well as man-made lightning (the latter he even channeled before it was fully unleashed).
Earth Elements 🪨
After completing her training with Raijinma, Hijiri moved on to learn earth element with her uncle Landara. She excelled in the art, eventually being able to best her uncle Landara in a little race up a mountain. Hijiri won by such a large margin that he was able to make tea for them both before Lanara arrived. His earth ability improved greatly, allowing her to utilize wind, water, and earth elements in combat together effectively. Her earth skill even became Hijiri third most elements using in combat after fire elements due to its general availability and defensive capabilities. Hijiri was capable of control large boulders, sending massive columns of rock flying, or forming earthen armor around his body for protection.
