With the Fusion Fighters formed, Lisanna makes it a point to make peace with Shoutmon after mistaking him for a pervert in their first meeting. Secretly, Shoutmon values his surrogate big sister's affection but doesn't feel much like a king when she pecks him on the cheek.
A way to show Shoutmon's partnership with Lisanna will have... variants from his with Mikey Kudo. It can and will get mushy. It's also how she learns to recognize Natsu later less so as a crush as Shoutmon reminds her a lot about her childhood friend.
