TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE CLAIMING THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, AND OF LEGAL AGE TO VIEW ADULT CONTENT IN YOUR AREA.

General

I reserve the right to refuse commissions for any reason.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission and refund the money, minus the work already done, if I deem the commissioner to be unreasonably disruptive to the flow of business.
All payments are handled through Paypal. (Note: I am open to suggestions for alternatives.)
By default, the finished commission will be uploaded to DeviantArt, FurAffinity, Twitter, InkBunny, and Weasyl where their TOS will permit. If you'd like to have these withheld from any or all of these sites, please let me know at your earliest convenience.
By default, both I and the commissioner may upload the finished commission to our respective galleries so long as proper credit is given.
I will not post a commission if I believe it's not a good fit for my gallery.
Commissioners will be required to fill out a commission form before work can begin.


Discounts and Mixed Value Characters (General Rules)

In the event that there are two or more characters in the same picture that are different prices, the higher value character will be considered the “primary” character. E.G. if you have a full body, complex shaded commission with one “hyper” character valued at $90 and one “large” character valued at $60, the “large” character will be the one discounted from $60 to $30.
There is a minimum $5 charge per character. E.G. if you commission a bust sketch of a “normal” size character and a second character, both valued at $5, the 50% discount normally applied to the second character no longer applies.

Discounts for Using My Characters

If you'd like to use my characters in a commission, there is a 50% discount for each character that is mine.
I will have final say in how my characters are used.
If the commission features a character that is not mine, this character MUST be of an equal or higher value than mine, and that character will be considered the primary character. E.G. if you commission me for a full body, complex shaded pic with one of my characters and one of your own, the price will be $90 base for your character, and $22 for mine.


REVISION POLICY

You are allowed up to two revisions of significant change ("qualifying" revisions) per pic.
Naturally, mistakes made by me will not count as revisions.
Smaller revisions (E.G. minor color changes) may not be counted, unless the commissioner requests a large amount of changes. I will determine what counts as a "small" revision, and when the amount of small revisions counts as a "qualifying" revision.
If you request to have a character drawn bigger and they are already at the size specified in your reference, after the character has already been sketched, you will be required to provide a reference for the new size and it will automatically count as a "qualifying" revision.

PAYING IN STAGES/ADDING TO OR MODIFYING MY WORK

If you'd like to commission me in stages (E.G. drawing a full body “hyper” sketch, then upgrading that sketch to a simple shaded commission later on) you can. The added price will be the difference between the initial stage and the new one ($30, in the case of the example provided).
You can take work I've made and modify or finish it yourself. However, in the work's description, I ask that you credit me for my part and specify what was changed.
I do NOT accept responsibility for any content I did not add or change to my original work.


Things I WILL NOT DRAW

Scat, gas, or other related bodily omissions
Foot fetish content, including oversized or excessive focus on feet
Vore
Gore or excessive violence.
Underage characters
Content that is politically charged or controversial, or designed with the purpose of offending certain groups
Excessive fat (things like muscle guts are fine, though)
Real people


Commission Process

Commissions are taken through commission slots only.
Commissioners may send ideas as soon as they are accepted for a commission slot
Once all necessary information is collected, a rough sketch will be sent to the commissioner to give an idea of the size and posing of the character(s).
Payment must be made in full before any further progress from detailed sketches onward can be shown.
Once the detailed sketch is approved by the commissioner, work will continue until the art is complete, though WIPs can be shown upon request.

Dialog and Alts

Dialog, such as speech bubbles and narrative boxes, can be included free of charge. Dialog is subject to my approval.
Alts can be provided, and pricing will vary depending on complexity.

Archival and PSDs

PSD files can be provided upon request.
While I'm happy to provide a backup copy of your commission if available, long-term archival of your commission is not guaranteed. For this reason, the commissioner is responsible for proper archiving of any commissions they are provided.
