It had been a long day in Octo Canyon for Marie, having to constantly tell Agent 4 'you're going the wrong way' and 'you just walked past the Sunken Scroll again' and she was tired. She got home and yanked off her sandals and socks, letting her feet breath. She hopped up on her bed and started scrolling through Inkstagram, hoping it would help her take her mind off of the the dumb new agent. She wished Callie was here, she always knew how to cheer her up. She couldn't give up hope, her cousin had to be out there somewhere.

However, Callie may have been closer than expected. Callie had found some substance marked 'Shrink Ink' and, assuming it was for getting shorter tentacles, rushed home to use it. How was she to know it would shrink her whole body. She was stuck on the floor until Marie got home, where she was immediately stepped on by her gigantic cousin and was now stuck to her foot. She was trapped to Marie's sole for the whole night and next day when she slipped her socks on to go looking for her missing cousin.

While Callie hated being trapped under Marie huge foot, she has to appreciate how clean and soft they were. It didn't seem like her cousin to not take care of her feet. "I'm glad something about you is fresh, Marie!", Callie joked to herself. Although, she still didn't appreciate being an insole and getting stomped on so much. Eventually, Marie pulled her socks and lay down. This was Callie's chance! Or at least, it would've been if she wasn't stuck. She could barely move! All of that stomping had embedded her into Marie's sole!

Callie struggled and struggled, but couldn't budge a bit. She groaned and grumpily rested her head on the wall of sole skin she was adhered to. "This is so uncool!", she muttered to herself. She hoped her super-sized cousin would find her soon.
