Forgive me, I am just laughing at the concept of adopt a beaskin, gain a kobold free.
It would absolutely be something you'd find in a fantasy world market of sorts. "Ey, you can fit so many kobolds into this beastkin, I'll give ya one of my overstock for free to try it out yerself!" And behind the slave merchant is just a massive, wriggling sack tied up.
