This looks quite good. The stone the dragon is standing on and the background are somewhat simplistic, but they serve the purpose of setting the aesthetic and do it quite effectively as well.

As for the dragon themselves, I love how detailed they look. I can see every single scale on their body and it looks absolutely amazing and lifelike! I can't tell if they're bioluminescent or anything, because I'm not sure if there's a source of red light here but it looks amazing either way.

Even their wings are ultra detailed and it looks like I can see all the folds. Their wings do look like they've been battle damaged though but that's not a criticism so much as observation.

The fact that you did all of those scales instead of taking an easier route is damn impressive, and I love the carbon fiber look it gives this amazing dragon! This is absolutely gorgeous~
