I wanted to draw the mermaid dress I designed in my head for FoxyCalpis Leila. In "Refreshments here!" only her torso is seen but I wanted to draw out the whole dress.
I was looking at sevreal differently styled mermaid dresses when coming up with the design and I loved the ruffled ones. The seafoam green gradients into a light lime yellow, above the knees is a belt of nude pearls and on the bust a tear drop jade pendant rests with a silver fastening.
