This form is a small combination of his 3 forms his, Extreme form, Kamen rider form, and Trinity form, so he's an android now
This form allows him to use the solar radiations of the sun as a form of energized weaponry
He can even call upon the radiations to form two wings
His finisher is he dives down in a kick and the wings being covered in solar radiations spin down like a drill and he delivers a flaming kick
