This is fairly accurate to Ocellus' personality since I think she's most like canon Fluttershy. As for the images themselves, I like the comic format and the sun glare giving it an obvious light source that you've handled well.
The seismic waves coming from her foot and the devastation she left behind as she steps away are extremely well done
I like how in the devastation picture there are cracks on the screen which implies a camera view that has a cracked but still functional screen.
