"The perfect spot for getting away from the summer heat."

To learn the ropes of digital painting, I had to leave behind everything that I learned from my time working with pencil and paper, but recently I managed to make a brush that feels like graphite on printer paper. To try it out, I decided to make this sketch using my old process, and to give it a little more, I added a simple background and lazily shaded it with the airbrush. This transition is also the reason why I haven't been able to post much. Changing between mediums and styles of visual art is quite a demanding task.
