A useful chart for identifying the role of nursing and midwifery staff by the colours of their uniform within my art. Here, the main colour of each square matches the main colour of the dress, whereas the thinner part represents the piping. (You could think of these examples matching the sleeve of a dress) The title of each role is desplayed underneath, and each column represents the pay grade or 'band' of the roles. Whilst this is a common practice in many UK hospitals, there isn't a set standard of uniform colours denoting specific roles, this is just my interpretation of the dress code for the hospital Eileen and her colleagues work at. :3
