You might remember that Rio featured in that 'Parrot Transformation' pic I uploaded a few weeks back. Well, I thought it was time I drew another pic of him, this time one that'd fit in with the other fursuit portraits I've done over the past year. This time I've added a texture effect, mainly because I applied it by accident and then thought it looked quite good.
